After working in local government, the automobile industry and defense contracting, I found my calling in the insurance industry in 2014.

 I joined the Thomas & Grushon team in late 2025 as a Personal Lines Account Manager. This agency puts forth great efforts to cultivate a first-class working environment and values customer centricity. It truly shows.

 My days are filled with servicing policies for our existing customers and helping to get new policies in place. In this line of work, no two days are the same and that is one thing I love most about it. I strive to ensure each customer receives the same high level of service and attention. Customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to me! Customers reach out to us on some of their best days and, unfortunately, during some of their worst. Being a part of someone’s exciting times, and being there for them during the challenging ones, is what I enjoy most.

 Outside of work, you can find me at one of the local metro parks taking a hike with my dog, spending time with my two teenaged daughters, or with a good book.
